Dr. Kulbhushan Singh Dagar is Chief of Neonatal and Congenital Heart Surgery at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, and has spent over 21 years in cardiac surgery, the last decade and a half devoted entirely to infants and children with congenital heart defects. He completed his MBBS at the University of Delhi and his MS in General Surgery and MCh in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at AIIMS, New Delhi, and served as a specialist registrar at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London. He operates across the full range of congenital cardiac defects in newborns and children, with a particular interest in complex neonatal defects and valve repair in children.
