Dr. Tariq Matin

About

Dr. Tariq Matin directs neuro-intervention at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, with over 15 years in the field and more than 1,000 neurovascular procedures performed. He trained at AIIMS, New Delhi, and completed a fellowship at Foch Hospital, Suresnes, France, under Dr. Georges Rodesch. His practice spans mechanical thrombectomy for acute stroke, aneurysm coiling and embolisation, intracranial and carotid angioplasty, cerebral arteriovenous malformation and dural fistula embolisation, and transcranial Doppler monitoring for vasospasm. He leads development of the hospital's comprehensive stroke centre.
