Dr. Rama Joshi

About

Dr. Rama Joshi heads gynaecologic oncology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon, with more than 30 years of experience in radical surgery for gynaecological cancer and over a decade of robotic surgical practice. She treats ovarian, cervical, endometrial, vaginal and vulvar cancer, and uses robotic surgery for cervical and uterine cancer, ovarian staging and premalignant conditions. She was a fellow in gynaecologic oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and a UICC fellow at Buffalo, New York, with further training at the University of Michigan and the University of Lyon, and robotic training on the da Vinci system in California. She received the Double Helical National Health Award in 2017.
