About

Chief/Chairperson of Liver Transplant & Senior Consultant, GI & HPB Surgery (since approximately 2015–16). A founder member of the Liver Transplant Society of India and the first surgeon to perform a liver transplant in Rajasthan (both the first living-donor and first deceased-donor transplant in the state). Involved in 1,500+ liver transplants; leads one of India's larger paediatric liver transplant programs. Interests include liver transplantation and resections for hepatocellular cancer, combined liver-kidney transplant, and pancreatic surgery.
