About
A senior interventional cardiologist and retired Army colonel with a career spanning the Indian Armed Forces, United Nations, and leading government and corporate hospitals. Special interests include complex coronary interventions (chronic total occlusion, left main, bifurcation, rotational atherectomy), intracoronary imaging & physiology, acute MI interventions, peripheral interventions, carotid angioplasty, endovascular aortic aneurysm & dissection repair, structural heart interventions, advanced heart failure therapies, cardiac electrophysiology & pacing, and cardiac resynchronization therapy, with a strong interest in STEMI care pathways and prevention of heart disease. Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI), and the Cardiological Society of India (FCSI).
